Reseller Support

If you are an existing customer who has purchased through a reseller, they may be able to answer your question. For reasons of geography, time zone,  language and local experience, this may be more convenient than contacting CADLock, Inc.

Discussion Groups

If you have access to NNTP newsgroups, you can post support requests, bug reports, or other feedback in the CADLock Discussion Groups. To access the discussion groups, you need an NNTP news reader application (such as Outlook Express). Most news reader software can access the discussion groups directly by clicking on the following links (note that you may still need to set your name and email address in the news reader settings before posting to the groups):

If your software requires manual configuration, use orion.cadlock.com as the news server address. For example, in Outlook Express 6, follow these steps to set up your account and subscribe to the discussion groups:

• Tools > Accounts... > Add > News...
• The display name is your own name as you want it to appear in your messages. Please note that we do not accept "tags" in our newsgroups. As these are professional discussion groups, please use your real name followed by your company name. If for some reason you do not want your name or company displayed, let us know in private email. Pick Next.
• The email address does not need to be your real address (to prevent spammers from harvesting your email address). Entering your correct email address may enable us to help you more quickly in case we need to contact you privately for more information. Pick Next.
• The news (NNTP) server is orion.cadlock.com. The server does not require you to log on. Pick Next.
• Pick Finish.
• Pick Close.
• When you are asked if you would like to download newsgroups, pick Yes.
• Select the listed newsgroups that you are interested in and pick Subscribe, then OK.
